Delete Account — MERITE-D’OR

This page explains how to permanently delete your MERITE-D’OR account and which associated data is deleted with it.

How to delete your account

1. Open the MERITE-D’OR app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open About / Support.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Data deleted with your account

• Account information, including email and profile identifiers.
• Saved videos and links associated with your account.
• Favorites.
• Notes.
• Workout and calendar-related data associated with your account.
• AI assistant history associated with your account, where applicable.
• User preferences associated with your account.

Data retention

Some minimal technical logs may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes, after which they are deleted automatically according to our retention practices.
